Doug Schellig

Doug formed a musical trio in the Air Force while in Europe. The trio, The Castlegate Trio, played in the US Clubs, made records in German, and worked on German TV. The Trio remained in Europe after completing their USAF Hitch.Over 40 years involvement in business include ownership in 4 businesses in manufacturing, primary CNC Turning and Milling.

Over 7 years consulting with small to medium sized businesses in all facets of their operations including: Marketing, Sales, Order Entry, Manufacturing, Operations, Budgeting, Strategic Planning, Succession Planning, and Quality Assurance.

Recently Doug bought his first Apartment Building consisting of 20 Units after having immersed himself in the study of Commercial Property. Doug now works with buyers who are new to commercial real estate and has helped them work their way through a maze of information to understanding. Doug has also worked with sellers to help them evaluate their property and price it right for sale.

Doug won't purchase commercial property without the benefit of a commercial property realtor. He bought his first property through Josh Otting and they have developed a positive relationship that can be of real value to either a buyer or a seller of commercial property. Doug has become a facilitator for buyers and sellers.
